Depends on what you want to do. But, the 2 frequently used applications are:
a) Sorenson Squeeze
b) Canopus Procoder– Aanarav

Premiere Pro does not export to MPEG4 content directly. 🙁

Hmm…the project settings do seem to match the media settings. Can you import the video into a new project to see if that helps?

A few things:
a) What is the source of your video and audio clips?
b) How large are your still images?
c) Does the project crash when you are NOT using the AE projects?
d) Are you running any background processes?– Aanarav
