Surprisingly, these are the requests I have seen as well. I worked at one of the biggest US networks recently and they had an entire department that was dedicated to creating…..PODCAST GRAPHICS!!
However, I have had my fair share of HD requests as well. But, considering that I upgraded to HD just last year, the requests for small format delivery have increased tremendously. From 0 to in excess of 10 major projects per year.

Hi Harm,
Since the product is not working as described and since the company has obviously not shown any interest in answering your questions, I would recommend a credit-card charge back. I know it’s not the solution you are looking for, but this is essentially what it comes down to when a company is non-responsive.

Other then titles that are independent of the project is there any wisdom to keeping 1.5 on a secondary machine?”After a few months, I usually get rid of the older versions, because I never tend to use them. And, projects created in older versions do open up in the newer version.
