Maybe try and find a forum for FCP because it sounds to me that your problem lies in capture and playback settings even though you have gone through the presets maybe there is something that isn’t set right that someone who knows FCP can help you with … I do know when I capture into Pre Pro that I have my audio files go on a different drive than my AVI files, if I don’t I get drop out and nasty clicking sounds … Sorry I can’t be of more help … WILLIE

OK, this is really simple … Go the the muti track or session side of the program, then go to the INSERT tap on the top left, now go to VIDEO and select the AVI file that you need to correct … Once you have corrected it right click on the video and EXPORT VIDEO … You will then save it as a new file … When you close Audition it will ask you if you would like to save the session you can if you want, or just say no to all the options ……… WILLIE

OK, I will explain, everytime you add tracks you add gain so you need to adjust the gain for every track you add, sorry for the confusion … W

You can adjust the tracks individually by RIGHT clicking on the VO that is located on the right side of each track …… WILLIE

If you do a search of the disc you will see a folder that says ADOBE AUDITION 1.5 in that folder is a folder that reads SAMPLE SESSIONS ………. WILLIE

Check at the side of the track under IN and OUT and make sure you have the out routed where your headphones are plugged into, also go to the OPTION tab at the top of the screen and then go to DEVICE ORDER and check what it has set up as a playback … Can you hear other audio through the headphones ……. WILLIE
