What is your sample rate set to … What kind of system do you have? What version of Audition are you using? Is this in the multi track view or edit view … Does your mixdown play OK? WILLIE

When you export the the clip with the new audio you need to right click on the video clip … What it does is remix the new audio into the clip but you are going to have to save it as a new clip and then import that clip back into pre pro ………… WILLIE

Look for MID SIDE TO LEFT RIGHT … I am still waiting for my copy but in 1.5 that is how it is listed in my channel mixer …… WILLIE

I did the upgrade from Cool Edit 2.0 to 1.5 and didn’t have a problem when I unistalled cool edit, so I am thinking it will be that same thing with Audition … Let us know how you like it … My upgrade will be here next week and I am really looking forward to getting into it …………….. WILLIE

First how much of the clip are you highlighting, if it’s too small it will be grayed out? For it to work properly you need to highligh an area that is just the fan noise and then take it out a little at a time otherwise you will get digitizing and it will sound really ugly … If you still have a problem it may be an install issue …… WILLIE
