Check the quality of the layer by right-clicking on the layer and choose quality. It should be “Best”.
Make sure or Draft 3D switch is disabled.
Also, Check the resolution of the composition. Sometimes in Auto AE takes lower resolution. Check whether it is at Full or not.

Mr. Herbert
In the case of Blu-ray, you could be working with a 1280×720 or 1920×1080 frame size.
For this composition and high quality render,Render settings = Best
Format = .Mov
Format Option> Video Codec = PNG

September 12, 2012 at 6:47 am in reply to: Can you sync an audio editor with AE? (How can we match audio?)Mr. Thomas
For syncing a voice over in After Effects, you can first use Adobe Premiere to Transcribe your speech to text which is in metadata window.
Give a look to this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLZ-dCc7Wco
You can transfer this XMP metadata to After Effects which will help for syncing graphics with audio.

From the first image it seems that the doors have some transparency or they are in blending modes as you can see through them. Change blending mode of doors to none if they are in some other blending mode.
