    Hi,
I did a ken burns like documentary that had tons of moving slow over pictures complete with easing in and out. This was a time consuming and meticulous process that would likely not be something you want to do for a strictly slide show video.

How I did it was to select the picture and go into the effects window. I would set a keyframe at the beginning of the picture clip and the end. with the end keyframe selected I would move the picture in the program window to a new position. This would require premiere to render the movement of the picture from the start point to the end point. I would also change the position and zoom of the pictures in this way to slowly zoom in or out or across. This takes a long time and involves much trial and error.

I would do what the other guy said and get a plugin or program that is designed specifically for moving pictures around in video. But if you want to take the time It can be done in premiere. There will be pronlems of flicker though I think and also some problems due to the fact the end result would be interlaced.

    Cheers
