The first thing I would do is go to preferences and delete all the media cache. And import the sequence in a new project, then export again using H.264 (not the Quicktime version), the standalone version from Mainconcept.

Do you have any other effects on the timeline? This maybe a plugin issue.

Hi Daniel,
While you can see between frames on the audio clip, you can’t move a clip by less than a frame forward or backward, so it will jump to the next frame, I think this is what you are seeing here.

You could just do a quick edit on the timeline and then copy and paste to AE composition.

I would definitely use a multicam sequence instead, that will get you a multiview panel. That’s all going to be on a single monitor, assuming you drag that panel there.

If this is really a tight budget, you could look at companies like BorrowLenses and get EX3s (You can get a week rental to familiarize yourself with the equipment), send SDI to a small switcher like this one. The SDI can be run a few hundred feet and will allow you to pick ideal Camera positions.
A big no from me on DSLR for any kind of live event unless you just need BRoll.
For recording, KiPros, or PIX recorders. At least 2 for program/backup, and ISO for each camera if possible.
Streaming, that’s something I’d leave to people who know what they are doing, but you can get a Livestream box and make sure get some kind of dedicated connection. These are really easy to setup and use.

Hi Luc,
I could be that you are working on different versions of Premiere, or may be a codec is missing or different which still allow import.
Are you both on the same OS? What type of footage are we talking about?

You gain overall quality. Basically, you have fewer “full” frames, which means that you are now allocating that bandwidth to improving the quality of all these in between frames. You will however notice that bigger jump every time a new keyframe is created. The only way to fix that to to increase bitrate.

How wide are the bars? We should only be talking about a few pixels, there’s also an option to just zoom in instead.
