Not sure, when you say crowd big enough size.. Just increase the amount of particles..? is that what you mean?

This gets asked alot.. I’d do a search for this.. however here are some quick tips..

Create your Composition with “1 person”,.. is this a still or video?
This will be your “Custom” particle under the Particle Type.
Set your Emitter to a Box emitter, and set the velocity to 0.
Perhaps do an Emitter size of X for 1000 Emitter Size of Y for 0 Emitter Size of Z for 1000.
You’ll have to let the particles generate however you can Pre-Run the Emitter with a percentage under OPTIONS.
Physics Time Factor will stop the particles from generating Keyframe 1 to 0.
If it’s a Looping Video, then I’d keep your video real short and under Time Sampling select Random Loop. This is off the top of my head right now.. but you’ll be able find a lot more detail in your search

Not at all. Go ahead and play. The engine is still the same, it just now has leather seats and a Nav system 🙂 Just learn the engine.. import some footage and do some transform keyframing and add some effects and you’ll be good to go…

Background.. Just create a red solid and use the pen tool to draw the mask shape.. then feather the mask. You could use this pic as the reference by scaling it up to your comp size then draw the shape on the red solid. Bring the opacity down a bit so you can see the pic behind for reference, and don’t forget to close the mask. As far as the other elements, Photoshop then composite.

Under the Particle Category click under Size over Life. Then just select the icon of the “hill going down” 🙂 and depending on the size, just adjust the size of your particles.. bigger the original particle, the more you’ll see the effect
