I think you could duplicate the project and change the type in the “source text” part of the expression and just re’manipulate the tracking to compensate for the spacing and lettering
Once you’ve placed your elements in 3d space, perhaps with 3d assistants, then it’s just a matter of moving your camera around to what you like.. it looks like they used time remapping to get better control over the speed. What specifically were you thinking in terms of camera movements?

There are plenty of different ways to do this, it all depends on how you want it to look.
I’d urge you to search the posts, and find the right tutuorial or tip that best fits what you are
looking for.
I had some fun this weekend filming some white paint splattering on a black board.
Then import it into after effects and apply the ‘Set Matte” effect.. Then experiement with colors and placement..
too fun.
