I deleted the audio and only sped up the video.

I added some guitar I recorded and the noise went away however.

I should add, in the preview there is no noise. Only after everything has been exported.

I will try to use Premiere’s masking capabilities, although I fear the bullet and its wake through the air aren’t clear enough for the program to pick up.

I have no problem spending hours learning how to do new things, I graduated university last year and work for a company that allows me to learn these new tools while still paying a reasonable amount 🙂

It did render uncompressed…but the file is HUGE and is very low resolution. I’ve tried rendering in .wmv and it fails as well.

I already have the reticle movement animated, can I create a photoshop document and somehow transfer the reticle movement to the whole document?

Sorry for the easy question, I have used mostly Vegas in the past.

The first reply was correct, I was trying to export to CC 2014, when I tried with Premiere CS6 it works correctly!
