You can try time remapping the 10 frames- that will create inbetween frames for you. Twixtor is another way to go – but all things considered you will most likely end up with a lower quality shot- I would also highly recommend re-shooting the product.

Also, you could duplicate the clip, use the matte described in the previous post to cut a hole in the top layer and slightly enlarge the layer under adding a bit of Blur to get a glass look.

A few things to try:
32 bit color space
use Neat Video or AE’s own remove grain to smooth out the initial footage
add noise to the final shotTudor “Ted” Jelescu

Export first the audio from the original file as a wav or aiff, convert the frame rate for the video and then bring the converted video and the audio file in a 30fps comp and render together. This should work without any issues.

It is best if you add your system specs, AE version and OS to the issue you are posting about. There are a number of possible reasons for the problem you describe, but without details it’s hard to narrow it down.

I have heard of tv stations that broadcast a signal that uses a widescreen and another that crops the widescreen to a 4:3. In those situations I provided a PAL SD Widescreen par file.
Anyway, whatever the format you should be able to work with the same preset in an Adobe workflow using Dynamic Link.Tudor “Ted” Jelescu

I have noticed that I get much better results if I use an actual Light and make the layer 3d – never got flickering issues.
As far as the monitor- I use just a regular tv when I don’t need to see accurate color for grading. For Interlacing issues I found that to be enough. You can probably find some for a great price now.
