A world of difference when you post a screen grab and give us the Premiere import bit of info- I would’ve thought you’re seeing compression artifacts at the bottom of your clip in the preview window. This makes it clear and easy to answer: the clip has been reversed in Premiere, that’s why it has the stripes at the bottom.

AE version, what kind of footage- codec, size, color space, post a still. You need to give more info if you want a good answer.

Precompose, duplicate precomp layer and trim one from the end to the in point of the section you want out and the other from the beginning to the out point.

Yep, mp3 will do that- if that’s all you have convert it next time to wav or aiff and you should be fine.

What version of AE, what codec are you rendering to, what size and color space, what kind of audio files – mp3, wav, aiff.., what do you mean by out of sync at full resolution- does the image go faster than the audio, it studders…?

First thing, unless you have a high end monitor that is calibrated on a regular basis, you should never trust your computer monitor for color and saturation. You need to preview your work on a broadcast monitor for best results. If you do not have the funds for that, then a HDMI to a regular LCD tv will give you a better idea of your final result, or even a Firewire output will do.
It may be a matter on how your footage is compressed – the graphic elements are created in the computer, no compression, your keyed footage is probably compressed, so when you compress for final delivery they will look different. My suggestion is to look at your footage in Color Finesse and see the saturation of your colors.Tudor “Ted” Jelescu

I have found that building a camera rig helps animating the camera – I use a method similar to the one described here:
