You can open the AE project in Adobe Media Encoder, choose the comp you want to render and render from Encoder.
If that does not work, give more info:

Add a Fast Blur of .3-.7 and that should eliminate the judder.

So it’s not a “spill” but you actually see the edge of a mask or layer- I’m not sure since I do not know your setup. If it’s a mask you could feather the edge of the mask. If it’s a layer- make it bigger.

What version of AE? Are you using the BG renderer script of Nucleo Pro?

A bit of searching can save you frustration and time. Here’s a quote from a useful thread [link]:
“To include the alpha channel in the FLV output, use the On2 VP6 codec and select Encode Alpha Channel in the Video tab of the Adobe Flash Video export settings dialog box.”

My first thought would be to have the text follow an animated motion path. Since it seems you already have the ribbons you would have to animate the paths by hand to match the movement of the ribbons.

Edit and then color correct. It’s less work and easier to match the shots.
