I wanted to keep other people from having the same issue since it was $168.00 and instead of going through Pay Pal I went right to Visa. They obviously have so much business they do not have time for us. Hopefully between having to give a refund and loosing business for issues like this, they’ll go away or clean up their act.

I just had this same problem and did a post on it above. Check out
“ClipToolz V2”. Worked like a charm for me. -

March 31, 2015 at 2:36 pm in reply to: LED Screen with lines in it from the live camerasMark,
It was definitely a scan issue. We did another outdoor event that started in the day and ended at night. During the day we could get the lines to go away by increasing the shutter speed. I’m not totally sold on it since it does lighten my picture but it can be done if we would rather have it look better on the screen then for the record.
Thanks!

I have a selection of their SDI to HDMI, HDMI to SDI,SDI DA, etc. This particular one was SDI to HDMI for a TV set. Also my Monarch HD gets really hot while recording so if there’s something out there I wanted to give it a try.

Thanks. No one else having any problems with only a cable or two not letting SDI come down it? I have 3 reels which I’ve tried repeaters and everything on and nothing. I don’t see where this could be that the cable isn’t 75ohm or anything but I would like to be able to use these reels on my HD shoots.

You can’t. You would need to buy another model or interchangeable lens camera.

November 5, 2013 at 10:56 pm in reply to: Project created for exact size of screen going ontoYes, that does make sense for the resolution since the LED screens go by mm and that is how you determine how many pixels are in each panel. So then that also makes since to take the resolution of the screen and create your project to that… Thanks Morten!

November 5, 2013 at 9:34 pm in reply to: Project created for exact size of screen going ontoThe signal comes from our switch and out to LED Video Walls (jumbotrons) I always create the ads to fit on the screens 4:3 or 16:9 in advance and play them back as needed. The reason I’m asking the questions is I’m wondering why I have editors/ad companies asking me the size and resolution of the screens. I think they think it works like print where you create videos for the exact size of the screen. I know of video mapping where you place the videos to fit areas of opbjects or screens but I wouldn’t guess you would need a video sized for the screen it’s going on. If anything like thiese screens you scale the signal in to fit on your screen. I always tell them if they have it in 4:3 send that as an H264, MOV or AVI and I’ll size it. To me it doesn’t matter what the resolution is on the projector or LED Screen, just send a high quality version of your commercial and it will be fine.
