Drag the app onto the DVD and burn the disc. There is no installer. Easier and faster on a hard drive. I have all of them on a FW drive.

You assign the correct angle number to the clips from the same camera. Do this before you make the multicam clip.

I think he means the editing preference for play around. There is no pre-roll/post-roll deck control on FCPX.

Try trashing your render folder in the events folders with the application closed. Open the launch and wait for it to rebuild the thumbnails.

You will always have to render this because your clips don’t match your sequence. No way around that. Sonething has to create the black bars. Switch your sequence to Unlimited RT in the RT popup.

Use Carbon Copy Cloner as a drive backup. Pro Version for event backup. You can reimport from the event if the media crashes. Not sure how well this worlds with synced media.
