Actually I figured out today what caused it in my case. I had a VERY large AE dynamically linked project that was was the last thing on my PrP timeline. It just took a while to render as I exported the timeline. And in light of that, Im not to concerned about the strange display.

Yup, Ive seen the same thing, only it sat there for only about 1.5 minutes. I have no idea whats causing it either.

This is not true in CS6. I have a separate project for each clip I send from PrP to AE. As someone who does lots of dynamic linking and a beta tester for CS6 I know this to be true.
The rest of your info is correct in CS6.

Corner pin. BTW. Mocha Import Plus which is mentioned in some tutorials real makes working with Mocha and AE easier.

Thats a PERFECT candidate for a Mocha 4 point track. Its free with AE. Go to the Imagineer site and learn how to do a 4 point track.

Personally I would export as a DNxHD 220 file. That reduces the size to about 300 GB and still gives you a robust way to store the video for reediting.Im guessing you are on a PC. Here is the link.
