I look forward to the ability in the future to be able to rely on AE to be able to export all formats with no issues.Specifically, exporting to MXF OP1a AVC-100 29.97 sucks thru AME since I loose the Project Link capability which is a big speed up in my work flow.

Im not familiar with this open, but check out the newest update to Element which is 1.6. It had 3D matting capabilities (World Position Pass) that just might solve your problem.

I agree. It does look similar. Personally I would tend to do this kind of thing in After Effects not Premiere. More Control. This is what Tim and I am referring to.

For tracking an object like a mirror where you want to insert an image in the mirror, I would use Mocha, which is an Object Tracking program that comes free with AE.
