I have 2 Cartoni Focus F101 tripods and they are great. One is used with my Canon 5D / Sony EX3 cameras and the other is apart of my EX FX jib.

Hi Bob:
Actually my primary motivation was to get some wheels for my EZ FX jib. But when I saw how versatile it was, and that it was trackless, I couldnt resist buying it. It does work with PVC I think, but you lose the arcing capability. Table top, tripod and jib will be how I use it…although only time will tell.

Great timing on this thread! I was looking for a longer version of the same cable for use on an EZFX jib and not having to much luck with my searches. Nice to know it does exist and where to get it.

yes but HDMI doesnt carry timecode info like HDSDI does.

Someone said they dropped the HD_SDI for HDMI. If they got rid of HD-SDI…MAJOR bummer. By hooking this cam up to a Nanoflash or AJA Ki Pro suddenly you are sending an uncompressed 4:2:2 signal to either device. This instead of a compressed 4:2:0 to an SXS card or whatever. This makes the cameras signal output something to rival cameras that cost many times more!
