This happened to me too and it was driving me nuts. I went to the ‘tools’ menu and re-checked ‘show axis’

I’m not sure what the problem actually ended up being, but what I did was create several smaller new projects and split the big project up into them. I think either the project was corrupted or it was really gigantic. Since I did that, I haven’t had any problems

I believe Cinema Tools should do the trick. I’m not very familiar with it so I can’t give you specific direction.

Hi Dave
The thing that’s confusing me is that whether the HD comp’s camera is activated or not activated, I’m getting virtually the same result. The original 200×200 square comp is 3d b/c i’m flipping it in z-space.
I could start them when they’re animating open but I’ve still got this awful, weird fish-eye distortion which I’d like to eliminate if at all possible.

I’m having TERRIBLE problems, screen intermittently turns green, computer crashes. A dozen times a day at least. I’ve checked my memory with the Apple Hardware Test (extended), re-installed FCP studio 2. I’m working with mixed footage (stock, EX1 footage, digitized from tape). I’m seriously at my wits end because I cannot nail it down. Apple Care hasn’t been much help either.

“If you can get at 474 of the clips, can you figure out, deductively which clips are not showing up?
If so, you may be able to use ClipBrowser2 to import the 126 or so MP4. It will then create new BPAV folders for them (with new metadata).”

I have tried importing them individually but because there is no metadata for them, the folder shows up empty.

Also, how do I import with CRC? I’ve searched the XDCAM software pdf and searched the web and all I can find (mostly from you) is “use CRC”. I’ve looked in prefs and have found nothing. Is that different from just importing?

I had a basic idea from surfing the net. I wanted to hear from those on the cow.
By the way, I’m not a student, I’m a professional who has been in the business for 14 years. However, I have not done freelance work in quite a long time.
