Sorry, should have stated that I’m using CS4. I don’t have Indesign so I’m kind of stuck with illustrator to do this. My problem is that Its a four color job: Orange, Green, Blue and black. I’m not getting anything but the option for four color process. From what I read there should be a way to change the icons from process to the spot process icon. I do hear ya about Indesign. Heard the same thing that it makes it much easier to print seps.

    Any advice?

I can’t really remember exactly what I did. I do remember that I used Trapcode Particular and used my butterfly as a custom particle. That was awhile back though.

I just thought that it wouldn’t make a differance. Wspecially since my morph was created in AE and the outline is there. Why would I lose my key frames? Also text isn’t very good in AE and my PS doc is very nice and creative.

    Hi jon,

yes, I’m able to burn it and it works on a disk. It’s just that my client is asking for chapters at certain points in the film where the nusic kicks in and I can’t preview it for him. Also when I click the audio output setup button in the preferences I get an abnormal condition warning. Might reinstall but I’m out of town and don’t have the disks.

Thanks, but I’m not sure if it’s multi channel. I don’t know too much about audio. So what does this mean if it is? Do I have to convert it?

    Hey Jon,

That’s great!!!! Thank you so much! One quick question. If I just add the Play, Scene Selection and Bonus Material buttons in AE on the same animated menu, when bringing that animated menu into Encore is there a way to add an “Invisible” button on top of them? I hope I’m making sense. I want them to fade up. So what I’m saying is can I put an empty text layer over a video?

    Hi Pauley,

Thanks for replying. I did try the second Idea that you had and you are right…there was a stutter. What I did though is extended the motion menu to last for an hour so when it ends that menu will stay there for an hour at the end till someone clicks a play, scene selection, etc. I did however have an issue with the buttons themselves because I wanted them to fade in which Encore doesn’t do…don’t know why since that is a very standard DVD menu! That is now my only problem.

    Thanks!

Yes, actually I did this tut before and morphed using it. Came out nice. Just had trouble with actual text after making masks out of it. After reading the tut again alot came back to me and I figured out something that has worked! One problem is, adding correspondence points became very difficult. Even zoomed all the way in they wouldn’t add. Nasty buggers!

Thank you! I’m having an incredibly frustrating time with this video. I got all my levels equaled out and having the music softly playing in the BG and everything sounds great but when they try playing it at a hall I still get “the audio isn’t loud enough”.

    Appreciate the help.

Arrrrggghh! Well, I brought the m2v file and wav into AE and tried to render it as an mpeg 2 and the video plays choppy. It’s totally skipping frames, yet when I play the m2v on it’s own through VLC player it plays smooth. I do a RAM preview in AE and it plays choppy. I’m just not getting this.

    Any ideas?
