You can draw a region of interest around the area that you want to keep and then use the Crop Composition To Region Of Interest command.

No, the project is still needing to know where the files are on disk. When you’ve added assets to the project from a library, you’ve just taken a typical import step, and there is no retained connection back to the cloud for this asset.

After Effects integration does not yet exist in Adobe Anywhere. We are working on that now, targeting a release next year.
