They’re allright. For the price it’s pretty good overall. I got a subscription for the year when they were running a special, so for the money it’s a great deal. But overall, somewhat limited selection. They’ve got a lot spread out, but ya soon realize it’s a lot of stuff that’s repeated or slight variations. Pond5 or Artbeats generally have more and better; but if you need something in a pinch and on a limited budget, you should be able to make do. In their defense, they’re newer to the game and I think they’re adding more each month. So overall, easy to download/utilize, search and pretty decent overall.

But that’s just my opinion…. 🙂

You can pick the 200 on ebay for around $1-2k on ebay these days. That being said, I imagine $4k is way to much. You’re better off keeping it unless you really want to part with it. From there, you’re most likely looking at how quickly you want to sell it vs how much you want to get. That is, unless you really have an interested buyer. With the newer p2 cards coming out, the only thing I’d see of a selling point is really the case, and even then, I wouldn’t pay over $1500 for everything. I’d look at e-bay and also the personal classifieds here on the cow.

While I haven’t tried it, trueblue fx titler pro might be something? It looked pretty interesting, but I don’t yet have a need for it. (I do why you do with Ae currently)

I’m hoping the above post plus the other peoples postings will put Adobe in high gear over this. They are a great company and I’m thrilled with their products overall, so I’ve nothing really bad to say except “help!” 🙂 And you are correct–good for some and not for others. Weird… Anyway, here’s hoping Adobe sees this and gets their peeps in fix-it mode! 🙂

I will generally export the ppt as images (save slides as pictures) and animate them in After Effects. The images are small, something like 640×480 / (4×3), so adding an animated background can help the overall feel.

Holy cookies, Batman! I thought it was one of my cards! I just noticed it on a project I started. I haven’t had a chance yet to check the card or actual footage, just raised my eyebrows when I saw it cuz both the camera and the card is new. Thanks for the heads up on this, hopefully Adobe will fix this glitch soon.

I haven’t had any real issues with AVC-Intra 100. I just completed a project utilizing (2) p2 cameras and a finished timeline of approx 20 minutes with added FX and didn’t have any problems other than a slight lag after hitting the spacebar/play. The AVCHD….I haven’t worked with that.
