  • Thank you for the answer 🙂

But I have a hard time understanding what you want me to do ^^ ?
Are you sure that using that method the clips won’t be grouped all together ? (thus if I delete/move one of them it won’t affect the others ?)

  • David, my audio is not grouped because it comes from an external audio recorder, that I resynced using PluralEyes

That might be indeed but can you tell me why ^^ ? Just wonder for what type of specific demand working with ACES or ACEScc becomes really usefull and I don’t deny it is :).

I found all of this really interesting but does it really worth all the pain ? When does using ACES our ACEScc become really important to use ?

  • Dave, you color correct all your footage before exporting them to SVP ? Wow how long does it take you ? Plus won’t you be color correcting footage you will remove later in editing ?

I found out the reason why my Vegas was not updating the nested projects, it is because in the preferences option, in the “general tab”, I had unchecked :”close multimedia file when it is not the active application” (don’t know the exact translation). Just saying, if that can help someone out there 😉

Btw the Magic Sharp option of BCC is magic indeed thank you so much, I had videos of a subject a little bit ouf of focus and it did the job perfectly well with some tweaking.

Thank you for all these precious informations, I really appreciate it and I am gonna test the BCC ChromaKey and Denoiser.
So there is an actual difference between the Sony Sharpening feature and the BCC Magic Sharp ?
Another question : Does the optical Stabilizer is really worth using instead of the Sony’s stabilization one ?

Btw I take notice of it but I won’t use any 3D option features because I always find it old-fashioned and chessy, but that really is my personnal point of view 😉
I watched some of your vidéos on Boris, they’re great ! I loved the one about the Corner Pin tool, pretty amazing. Especially the tweaking of the lights you do at the end, it really does sell it !

  • They do, they snap, I really don’t believe it is a matter of snapping. In Pan/crop, if I click on the very first keyframe of a single isolated event (no event before, just empty space), what will be shown on the previsualisation tab is just black…
