    John,

Thank you for creating this. It looks like it should work for what I was asked to create.

I appreciate your time and effort in doing this!

The main video is still changing which will affect the menus so I have not had an opportunity to try this out.

Is there a link that would explain this to allow me to attempt it?

    Thanks,

    John,

Yes, I need the autoplay then have menus between each chapter that automatically go on to the next chapter without any user interaction.

Yes, I am using just one timeline.

I will look into what you suggested as I do not know how to do this.

    Thanks,

I have Final Cut Studio 2 running on a Mac Pro Quad Core Intel Xeon processor.

The requirements on the box of Final Cut Studio 2 say: “Mac computer with 1.25 GHz or faster PowerPC 64, PowerPC G5, Intel Core Duo, or Intel Xeon processor.”

The Macbook Pro comes with a 2.53GHz Intel Core i5 or an optional i7. Would this software work on this?

    Michael,

Thanks. I’ve done this but when I drag the viewer to my timeline, it includes the black space, not just the rectangle that I created.

How can I get it so just the rectangle is visible? The black area below the rectangle is now covering up my original video?

    Thanks

I’m combining 3 videos into one via FCP.

Is there a format that I should use within that before taking it to Compressor to create the m4v file?

    Thanks

    Steve,

Thanks for the response. I’ve been researching external hard drives/raids since I was told not to use my internal hard drive. All the feedback I’ve received has been to use an external device.

As far as RAM goes, I’m assuming I need 8GB minimum? I currently have 4x1GB DDR2 800mHz installed with four slots(2 risers) open.

Is it free to update to 6.06?

I currently only have a Passport 500GB external hard drive. I will have to check into prices for one of the other ones mentioned. Is it worthwhile to use my passport or no since it’s not connecting via FW?
