Interval is set at 2f in blue color and cannot change it. where do I go from there?

I still cannot get to that setting. Is there a step by step process somewhere, the manual is no real help.

I am in 720p, and do I go under recording set up first? then listed is interval time. is this correct?

Chris, when I get to the interval time screen, it says 2f to the right, should I be able to go into that and change that 2f to something else? It’s no allowing me to do that. Have any ideas?

ok I just finished a program on final cut pro. The program was done in HD mode. How do I get that program to a DVD and play on a DVD plalyer and in someones dvd player in their computer, that everyone can play including people with PC’s?
