Just for basic stereo work. I don’t forsee us doing any surround sound work, but if the speakers are lots better, we’d probably buy them.

I had to uninstall and reinstall CS4 twice and actually reformatted my whole machine but ended up with the same problems in Encore. Maybe I just got a bum copy. That’s how it goes I guess. I’ll be on Mac from now on, hopefully that’ll be better.
CS5 Master Collection should be on it’s way soon. Thanks again,

Great advice guys, thanks! So really the biggest drawback of the MBP is the screen size? Money isn’t a huge concern, but certainly plays a role.

I also use clear slim cases. All my clients have been very happy with the style and it saves a lot of time/money.
I realize they won’t work in all situations though. -
How did I not think of using a stinkin’ DVD-RW?? 🙂 So many wasted dvds…

Any idea how to fit a longer video onto DVD? 2 hours+? Client would prefer one DVD over 2, even with a little decreased quality.

Me too, I’m actually still slightly reluctant to switch to Mac. I love lots of stuff about PC and Windows 7 seems to be pretty great. I was initially trained on Mac and I think it will just be a lot better fit.
I’m guessing you’ve been fairly happy with Mac since you made the jump 🙂 -
