  • Trying to find good DVD cases

Posted by Phil Bates on April 7, 2010 at 10:43 pm

    Hi,
I am trying to find a good quality DVD case for my video project. Unfortunately, the only ones I can find are pretty flimsy. Anyone out there know of a good quality DVD case I can buy in bulk?

    Thanks,
    Phil

Have you seen the Ejector cases before? I think they’re very cool and seem to be very durable as well

    check out https://www.ejector.de

And they’re made in Germany, so you know they’re top quality!

Amaray brand cases are very nice. They are the “brand name” of Amaray style cases. Nexpak also makes very nice Amaray style cases in a wide variety of styles.

Matt, thank you for responding. Unfortunately Amaray went out of business. I appreciate you checking for me though.

Unfortunately the Ejector cases won’t work because I need the standard black plastic case that takes a paper insert.

We use clear “slimline” because you can read the label through the plastic and don’t have to print an insert. We get them from Uline, and they seem to be just fine.

I also use clear slim cases. All my clients have been very happy with the style and it saves a lot of time/money.
I realize they won’t work in all situations though.

I have heard of a lot of these cases. For sturdiness I do like the one from Germany that Joel recommends. I have used this one or a similar one (I am not sure) and it is very sturdy. You can see that the plastic ejector inside is of a sturdier plastic than a lot of those other cases out there.
