DNxHD is built into Premiere. Blu rays support H262, H264 and VC-1.

H264 or x264 aren’t even close to lossless. You would probably want to use DNxHD

Use openEXR, DPX or TIFF sequences.

Then there’s probably something wrong with the Wraptor exporter. I haven’t used it because I don’t really trust it. Try using EasyDCP or DCP-o-Matic.

Bring the mxf files to Premiere and see what you actually exported.

Well if you’re not shooting a 360 video then the headset will show a normal screen with the video playing in it. At least this is the case with Samsung phones with Gear VR.

Do they run at the same frame rate and are they the same length? I’ve never had any issues with just bringing external mattes in. Have you read the manual?

Use an adjustment layer for the blur. It will affect every layer under it.
