Your AE project is probably set to 8-bit bit depth.

Well instead of hemming and hawing you should probably try to contact their actual support instead of the forums. I’d guess that the VCP dudes have actual work to do once in a while.

It could be that CS6 does not support footage shot with that camera. Either upgrade to CC or use some other software like Resolve.

Dude, what? Never do this. Best case scenario: you’ll have performance issues. Worst case: you’ll mess up the card and lose your footage.

If I remember correctly 5.5 only had limited CUDA support so no OpenCL at all. You’ll need to use a later Premiere if you wan’t to use GPU accelerated effects. CUDA is Nvidia only.

Hardware and software manufacturers are. CS 5.5 is 7 years old and basically dead in development sense. It won’t support any latest stuff.

It’s a quadcore with hyperthreading. Every actual core can be virtually split so you’ll have more cores more multithreaded applications.

Sapphire plugins aren’t free so you should’nt be using pirated plugins.

Unless you’re actually developing something then you’d be better off not installing SDKs. There’s a separate CUDA driver for Mac systems only. On Windows everything you need comes with the basic Nvidia driver.

Depending on your energy saving/performance/application speficic settings the integrated GPU will be used instead of the beefier 1050.

You need to uncheck the “import as sequence” box when importing the files. If you have a numbered sequence eg 001-009 as still images it can be imported as a single sequence.
