Resolve works with Fusion in a similar way.

Check your sequence settings that they match the footage or resolution you want to work in.

This means you’ve shot some footage in a lower resolution.

How long are these videos you’re trying to export? What are your sequence settings? What are your exact export settings? How much free space do you have on your drives? Have you tested the drive speed on your external drive?

Set Matte effect might be a bit easier and faster.

“I think a dedicated grading application beats NLE grading in workflow. Instead of adding an effect that probably doesn’t have all the tools you need for that shot (for example Premiere’s Lumetri is downright terrible if you need to do secondaries) whereas in Resolve you have the color page where you have everything you need in the same place helping you work quicker. Then you can easily copy grades to another shots and splitscreen compare the neighboring shots or captured stills so you can see that the scene stays balanced.

That folder has all cached files (smart/user cache, transitions etc.)and all optimized media.

You can delete the whole Resolve cache folder from the OS side. Unless you’ve given it some custom name it should be called CacheClip and it’s under the folder you’ve set as the cache.

It really depends on how you want the transform to happen. You could make it as a shape layer or a mask and animate the shape from the circle to the arrow.

You didn’t say anything about your source formats, composition settings or your export settings so it’s impossible to say.
