The Mac version doesn’t have WMV support and you can’t export Prores from the Windows version. Thats about it.

Twitch is the only plugin in that group. The rest are footage. If you’ve bought those you should have the installation instructions.

Redcine X is powerful in the way of options it has. When it comes to transcoding performance Adobe Media Encoder beats it.

It only exports the clip as a whole. I have no idea why you would want to split it and I’ve never ever heard that someone would do that nor done it myself. To access R3D settings right click the clip in the project panel and choose source settings.

Looks good. Mocha Pro is pretty amazing.

Mocha’s remove tool might work in this, but if I recall correctly it’s only in the Mocha Pro.

We usually export straight to a DCP compliant JPEG 2000 sequence from AE. You can get the plug-in here: https://www.fnordware.com/j2k/

Splitting didn’t work, but making a timeline did. EXCEPT there’s a bit in the manual that might be wrong. It reads: “Open the Conform page, Right-click the Timelines list, and choose Import > AAF/EDL/
XML”. This didn’t work, but I tried that import pre-conformed EDL-option and it worked straight away.
