The vertical resolution can’t be more than 2304 pixels with the 5.1 encoding level.

This is a horrible Quicktime issue that has bit me earlier. The file is “correct” in Premiere but the framerate is tagged incorrectly in the file metadata that shows in Quictime player and other softwares that for example some broadcasters use.

Render the exported file again with the same settings.

Do you have any empty bits of track in your timeline or have you generated black video to fill blank spots in the timeline? I’ve had the same kind of problem when encoding to Prores and the only way I could work around it was to make black video from AE and use that if I needed to have empty spaces in my edit.

Where can I find the preset files? I’m on a Mac.
