There are options for 10, 12, 12,5 and 15 frames per second in Premiere. You could do whatever framerate you want in After Effects, but it’s not really made for editing.

It would be way easier if you could just interpret the footage as 24fps and work with that.

I have DVCPROHD 720p24 in AME CS5 so I’d wager it would be in CS6 too. Format P2 Movie and then choose the correct preset.

You could also make Prores files if you’re on a mac.

You don’t need to do a Blackmagic Sequence on CC. Just update your drivers, set up the playback to output to your I/O and it will show any sequence that is supported by the I/O and the monitor.

50i isn’t 50 frames per second. It’s 50 fields per second so make your comp at 25fps.

I think that could be pretty easy with Mocha Pro’s remove module. Mocha AE doesn’t have that though.

Pick H264 as the format and then choose a Youtube preset corresponding to your sequence.
