  • Correct process for interlaced.

Starting a TV broadcast, and we are shooting 1080i50. So our overlays need to be interlaced.

Is this the correct way by doing interlaced graphics, 50 fields per second.

    1. Create a composition at 50fps

    2. Render settings rest at 25fps upper fields (ApplePro Ress 4444)

I have not had the chance to test this method. And wondering if its correct

    Thank you CC.

50i isn’t 50 frames per second. It’s 50 fields per second so make your comp at 25fps.
