Suggestions on how to remove these puddles?

I’d use the Clone Stamp tool together with motion tracking, like this:

I think that could be pretty easy with Mocha Pro’s remove module. Mocha AE doesn’t have that though.

If you feel confident with replacing something on the trailer with mocha then the workflow and technical requirements to replace the puddles on the ground are actually identical. I suggest that you give it a try.
