Set your audio playback device to HDMI from the Windows settings. Then make sure you are using the same output in Premiere.

There’s no way to change the Premiere out point preference and as far as I know the EDL exclusive outpoint is specified in the standard.

EDL timecodes are exclusive instead of inclusive. Premiere out points are inclusive because you mark it on the last frame you want to keep. Exclusive out points mark the point where the cut actually happens.

Depending on if the camera records timecode the clip might have another starting point than all zeros. This is usually a good thing because unique timecode in addition with a unique reel name makes it easy if you need to take your edit to another piece of software for online conforming.

You need an external audio or I/O device that can output 5.1. Then set it up in the audio hardware preferences.

That large hyper wall probably has a dedicated hardware player that has certain specifications for playback formats. It probably isn’t one huge file and is most likely a bunch of smaller videos that create the whole picture.
Get the specs.

If you want a program that has both comping and editing in mind then I’d suggest Smoke, Flame or Nuke Studio (maybe SGO Mistika). Or instead of trying to have one program do it all you might want to make workflow changes to use a program that supports the features for these kind of needs.

If you really want to see how it looks you’ll need a reference monitor that can be calibrated to a standard (rec709/srgb in this case) and an I/O device that will output a clean uncompressed signal from Premiere to that monitor. The Blackmagic Design Mini Monitor would be the minimum requirement. Anything other than that and it’s a crapshoot and like Shane said when it leaves your color chain it’s out of your hands.
