Let’s see. The RED fanatics were getting RED tattoos two years before ship date, which equates to 5 years before the camera actually worked properly (which I still don’t buy).
I will be getting my Alexa tattoo in July.

Hang on to your ass. Make sure you’re tied in. I almost took a long plunge once because a producer failed to hook my safety line.
Don’t look through the viewfinder unless you have too. It could make you air sick. If you get queezy, look out at the horizon.
Put the stabilizer on and test it. Sometimes it’s better off. The BlackHawk has 4 rotor blades so it’s very stable. Two blade copters always shake.
Don’t employ the shutter.
Be aware of the shadow from the rotors.
Have a fantastic time. There’s nothing like it.
Ask the pilot to do a “dip”.

Just wanted to reply because DRW hasn’t seen me posting in awhile.
Oh, and yeah, now is a very tough time to try to jump in without a huge skill set. Here in Phoenix, we are cranking hundreds of kids through 5 local film schools and it can make things tough when people hire based on price rather than experience.
We fix lots of screwed up projects.

While you’re t it, could you please turn some water into wine. Another guy did that so I know it can be done.
I think there’s a JVC DVD recorder that might do that. The DVD, not the wine thing.

We shoot when it’s 116 in the shade and have never had a tape failure.
We have had human failure in broad proportions but tape, not at all. What is your situation?
