What are your requirements? Do want a remote control copter that carries a camera? We have one in Phoenix and he travels. Great prices.

The 950 should be exceptionally quiet because there is no tape deck.

I have a difficult time believing how many people do not know that the 950 is a camera head and nothing else.

I’ll bet the Viper is a quiet one also.

The tape and tape machine do not know what is recorded on the tape. It is just a magnetic signal to them.

How cheap is “cheap” and what accessories do you have.

You should look at mounting a good lipstick camera to something on the plane and this is actually FAA illegal.

It amazes me every day how people want us to get $1000 shots for $50. Any more, I explain how it needs to be done and give them a reasonable price. If they can’t come up with the correct amount of money, I don’t waste any more time with them.

  • Your glass is the most important accessory (?) you’ll ever buy. Pay about $10K and get a 22×7.8 with an extender and round up a good wide angle adapter.

My favorite lens is a 11×4.7 with ext. and I can shoot in a 10 x 10 room.

If you shoot sports, the long lens is a must. If you shoot intimate corporate stuff, go with a wider, shorter choice.

I bought a 14 x 8.5 Canon internal focus when they first came out around 1994. It cost me $10K and I still use it to this day on my DSR-500 and it still works great.

There are a lot of great B-Stock and slightly used deals out there.
