Vegas Pro of course….And Disable Resampe on everything you have on
your Vegas timeline before each render… And dont use the Mainconcept
format, try Sony AVC.
Try these and i guarantee you, you will be pleased. At least try a small

The mpeg dvd architect rendering format seems to be causing your issue.
Try rendering using the Sony AVC format instead.
For me, whenever im rendering long projects like this, i sometimes choose to render them to the Quicktime PhotoJpeg format (never an issue), then, i can go any direction of creating other output from this Master.
Or sometimes if im pressed for time on these kind of long projects i simply
render out using the framserve to handbrake script.
So there i have given you three options to try, where i dont think you will
see that same issue again, especially from the last two!Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

No, the problem is not clearly created by Vegas.
Your Vegas renders are quite ok and VLC confirms this, so Youtube
conversions is where the problem lies, and one has no control over that.Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Make sure the psd files coming from photoshop are RGB Color and 8 bits.

You need to give us more info Tom, and that lag could be caused
