workfow, as Aaron also pointed out.

Yeah, reinstall Vegas. Then when done, dont render using mainconcept AVC,
try the Sony AVC template instead. And most importantly before you
start any rendering, disable resample on every event you have on the timeline.Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

The bottom line is, and Wayne also hits the nail on the head:
Screen recording software is notorious for presenting problems in Vegas
and other NLE for that matter… And there isnt much you can do to get around
that if you plan on keep using the same capture method, Sorry.
The only thing i can suggest for you to try, is to do your captures in
