Just simply hide the task bar, then the tab window will be visible to
drag back up.
Method: right click on taskbar and select properties and tick
auto hide task bar and apply…. When finished you can set it back as it was.Steve Rhoden

Yep…still here,
Man, your clients are really putting you thru the hoops….just when
i think you are good to go with your quicktime render and collect your
cheque. They want it using the sheerVideo codec?…sheerVideo? that is a bit #@x!?#@…..let me not say.Its a versatile codec, but I have never used it before and never will.
So i cannot give you any pointers where this format is concerned.
But as John pointed out to you, the ‘sorenson video 3’ is the best
format and all who use quicktime will have.Uncompressed, photo-jpeg, Sorenson or motion-jpeg formats are all professional delivery mediums.

Just always render your videos for youtube using the highest quality
which is..4:3 aspect ratio,640×480 resolution, MPEG4 (xvid codec,etc),
at 30fps and your audio as stereo. Using the 4:3 aspect ratio and these settings won’t spring any unexpected surprises when you view
it on you tube.
Always keep your video uploads to youtube consistent and of the best

Just your Text, Graphics, lower thirds etc, should remain within this smaller box. Try to let anything you want to be viewed in full,

From what you have described…you have handled your edits correctly,
by previewing your HD content on a HDTV, both from vegas and then
the finished rendered product.
Not going ouside the safe area (bigger box)is ok. The smaller box
is the title safe area, where titles should not extend outside this
area.
Therefore i can assume your clients are not viewing your content
on the proper medium…..Since they complained, get full detail as to
how and what they are using to watch it.Steve Rhoden

I agree with John,
This format of NTSC:720×486:29.97fps is referring to AVI format.
Seems odd on their request.
Solution: Give them their desired request in the Quicktime
format..you won’t experience any hiccups with this format.Steve Rhoden

Sorry, mpeg2 for DVD can only be rendered at 720×480.
You will get an error using 720×486 no matter what setting you try.Steve Rhoden

Just make sure that when you are rendering, the frame rate remains
the same as the source…and see if vegas still shows you this 100fps,

LOL….I’ve heard that statement so often Jake,
Its not hard as how you put it,what i can tell you is that over time
it becomes easier. As you do more and more work editing you
gradually understand how to time your workflow with whatever formats
you are working on and how to integrate effects, filters and transition with accurate timing on the timeline,and the various codecs, intermediate codecs and tools to use to get a more realtime playback.However when you are venturing into the world of high resolution
editing, the first thing you got to do is get a very powerful and
resource rich computer. A little nifty resource in vegas when you
want to make sure your effects timing is right, is to preview render
a looped segment that you highlight to see if everything is timed nicely.Steve Rhoden

Jake,
There is nothing really to fix where that is concerned.
You are playing MP4 encoded 1280×720 HD media from the timeline…you
will experience few dropped frames during playback or choppiness as
you described.
By the way is that 100fps i am seeing in your post or is it a
