Yeah…those options are only available in the pro version.

As for edge-only color correction for keyed-out objects, that
specific type of feature isn’t present in vegas, but are
a feature in many chrome keying plugins…unfortunately there
isn’t a chroma keying plugin available presently for sony vegas.Steve Rhoden

Whenever you see that red, it means that the video file
is corrupt. You can restart and run the “disc check utlity”
and see if it fixes the problem.eg: start-run-(type in)chkdsk c:/f

video monitor preview button….(its a new and handy feature

When you are working with still images…its best you tweak
or reduce their size/resolution (if they are hi-rez)in an image
editing software prior to importing them into your NLE.Steve Rhoden
