There is not much you can do in Vegas or any other software for that matter with Video footage captured
with cheap, overly compressed and frame altering devices / methods.

There is no need to double post or use All Caps in your post.
Anyway, temporarily turn off or disable all anti-virus and security services or software
you have running on your system. Along with removing any external USB or firewire
connections you may have, then try reinstalling Vegas after that.Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Have you tried re-installing Vegas? And i assume its the latest version of Vegas Pro 13?
If you have and the problem still continues, then in your situation, i would recommend you
simply go back to what you were using before, which is Windows 7 i presume!Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Create the text on the paper entirely in photoshop. Then drop that in Vegas and use the Event Pan/Crop feature

ok, try turning off GPU completely.
And are these files on an external drive? if so, place them on your system drive.Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)
