Well, i assumed you captured this from a video game capture
utlity, like Fraps or HD PVR?
If you did, then there isn’t much i can help you with. Such a capturing
method is not a reliable source to be edited. You are gonna run into
issues sometimes like what you are having now or something else.
Dont blame Vegas, what you are capturing is not an edit friendly format

Vegas isn’t incompetent as an audio mixer, it does things a lot different
than the norm. And although started as an audio editor, it has become a
full blown professional NLE and as such all concentration and creativity
is more centered on Video and Compositing, and leaves the option of dedicated
audio mixing console to dedicated audio tools out there, i can’t bash them

That’s seems to be an issue with your Graphics/Video card.

Yes, it will degrade the quality Ron, but putting it to standard DVD
will be ok, you will still get bit of a decent result.
However when doing this, try not to add too much effects/filters to it,

If you are stuck in 32bit world, its best you stick with Vegas Pro 10.

Not sure then what else could be wrong, Vegas 12 and 13 does not
have that issue. Ive never used Vegas 11 any at all, cause it was

Easily. Use the Volume Envelope to lower the music only where the
voice overs are, by creating points to lower where needs to be lowered.You can google the direction i just pointed you in for further
