Are you able to play any videos in Windows Media Player, or any other video player on your system? My first inclination would be that you’re having a problem with your video card. Have you recently moved the system, or made any internal changes to your system (if it’s a desktop)?

That’s seems to be an issue with your Graphics/Video card.
Do some checking on that.
