The sliders are there to slow it down as you needed, you need to take
your time to find out which slider changes its velocity, there are

Try uninstalling every plugin you have installed for vegas,

You can import LUT’s in Vegas through Magic Bullet Looks,
but now there is even an easier way: Hitfilms Plugins now has
