Same here with Plural Eyes 4. Did a very simple one camera test with video from a Canon 5D and audio recorded on a Zoom H4. Both times it failed miserably to achieve sync while Premiere Pro succeeded first time. If Plural Eyes couldn’t accomplish this task I don’t want to think how it would go with a complex project.

It exhibits the same behaviour for me as well. I thought I was going mad not being able to find a solution.

You’re not alone. Had me to the list. I have notified Red Giant but have had no response as yet.

Thanks Shane, unfortunately the editor works at a prodUction company that is strictly FCP so the trial PP is not an option but your advice is helpful with regard to the codecs.

For anyone who’s interested un-installing and re-installing hasn’t solved this problem.

I already cleaned the cache out but that didn’t solve the problem so like you I was thinking a re-install would be the next step. I will post the results just in case anyone else has the same issues.

Hi Ryan, I can’t drag and drop as I get this error message:src\Command_Duplicate CPP-202. I can change manually change the settings although I don’t have the H.264 available.

That’s the thing, I’ve never used that setting before. The only way I can now render an item is to export it directly from PP. It’s getting very frustrating.
