I think you can still import projects, but that is not even close to the wonders of Dynamic Link.

All you need to do is cut the clip at the beginning and the end of the speedup and change the speed to however much faster you wish.

Or apply the effect to one clip, copy that clip, and Paste Attributes on to the rest of the clips.

It is in the Motion Effect that comes with every still or clip. Just animate the scale and or position.

It is difficult to help you because you are using old software. The conforming issue was improved in Premiere Pro 2.0.

Too deep a discussion for me. Perhaps an audio guru will chime in. To my knowledge there is no harm in going to 32 and back to 16. I could be wrong.

My guess is that your only solution is to have him edit the M2T you captured. He should be able to downsize it in his NLE.

It is audio that is manipulated into 32 bit, not the video.

Just export DV AVI. Sorenson should recognize it just fine.
