    Have you tried searching this forum? It comes up VERY often. You need to trash your QuickTime receipts. For exact instructions do an advanced search on this forum.

  • Look in your generators. Try Render/Noise for grain and shapes for vignette. There are third party plug-ins that will do the work for you. One place to look for a tutorial on vignette, is kenstone.net

    you might want to try the Multi Spin effect under Slide. Change the default from 3 to 1.

    I need to get out of the edit suite! Usually I am up to dat eon the latest technologies! There certainly is an option (no extra cost) to have a glossy screen for the MBP.

    MacBook has a glossy finish. MacBook Pro does not. You want to get a MacBook Pro if you want to use FCP.
