There are TONS of both DVD’s and You Tube videos on tips and tricks. Do a Google search and you will find them.

You need to upgrade Graffiti to v5.1. Older version of Graffiti is not supported with Intel Mac.

XDCAM EX will need to render. XDCAM EX and HDV are in the same family but not identical.

There is no set standard. MPEG 4 is very common. Also known as .h264. There are a few presets available 300kbps is average. You will find the preset under Apple/Other Workflows/Web/Download/QuickTime 7

Just use the preset templates and you are good to go. Don’t forget Motion.
